You already had a great article from Yannick on the Go Ruck.  Here is a short one about our Friday-Saturday

We were really well prepared with our CrossFit training.  In fact we did most of the work during the entire challenge, picking up for the weaker member of the group.
Not only we made it threw the night, but we then took a 4 hours nap and completed the 4 team series workout.  See youtube chanel. 

It is true, if you stay focus in the moment, and not worry about what is next, your body will always do more then your brain think's possible!
