Usually yes. The goal is to ensure you have proper form on our most common exercises and give you a little taste of the CrossFit intensity. Once you get into group classes you’ll have a choice of beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts. If you need to we have private classes also.
A session lasts around 60 minutes including warm-up, workout, and cool down.
In a private session, you have one coach assigned to you and only you. Also if you have specific goals to achieve that go beyond General Physical Prepardness(GPP) or you need to prepare for a specific physical test, we can adress that during private sessions. In a group class setting, there is one coach with usually a minimum of 3 people but the coach will be monitoring everybody’s form and ensure intensity is maintained.
