Do you know someone who is limited by their weight or physical capacity?

Do you know someone who wants to change their life, but they are too shy to start in a group where everyone looks fit?

Do you know someone who wants to be guided threw their first steps in the gym?


Starting on January 13th with coach Marie-Claire you will be able to do your first fitness steps for a total of 12 classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. 

We limit participants to 6 per group.  This Christmas give the gift of health to a loved one!  Register using this link : At your own pace
