Each one of our training sessions includes a technical session so that all our members learn how to move well.
We always adapt the training to the level of each and everyone of our clients. It will be safe for the beginner and challenging for the advanced athletes.
All the regular memberships all include a full access to our Virtual platform. This way you will never miss a workout even if you are home or on the road.
We suggest that you start in person with a drop in, a pack of 5 training or starter pack (2 weeks of unlimited in person and virtual classes). You can also start with 1 or 10 private sessions if you prefer.
