1. Be proud. It may not be the performance you had dreamed of but it is the performance you have put out. It is a picture of you on that wod.
2. Cheer others! Being part of a big strong community is the no1 factor to improve your fitness goals and stick to it!
3. Celebrate the achievements that others do. Even the one that beat you! One day you will be the one beating others and you will want them to acknowledge how great you did.
That last point is very important. I don't care how much you want to improve, if that comes with you putting others down because you think that you should beat them, you didn't understand how CrossFit works. Instead of spending time knowing if your opponent did a no rep, cheated, shouldn't have been in front of you, start congratulating them and ask them to train with you.
Think about it : is it worth it to win and that no one cares about that you have accomplished because you never care about others? Think about it. Winners have learned how to loose and use that drive to work harder then anyone else the following year. They will be back stronger, faster, fitter. Loosers, blame others for their bad performances and think they deserve to be in front. You don't deserve a spot, you earn it by working year after year harder then anyone else. By learning how to take bad performances and turn them into fuel for the rest of your journey.
